"Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future."

"MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
