"I was a little disappointed that I had to call them to see when the install would be scheduled. The person I spoke with claims she tried calling me a few times to schedule. I asked if she had left a message and she replied she didn't remember. On the plus side, my installer, Brandon was very polite and professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. Once the job was completed, my floors were cleaner than when he started. LOL - even outside.
