He did a remarkable job stain matching the bookcase to the existing fireplace mantle and crown/baseboard trim, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. He also custom built a pantry with pull outs. He was able to color match our existing grey cabinets perfectly, and he even managed to match the door frame style almost exactly like the existing cabinets. "

"Initially met with Micki in the store to go over details of what I was looking to do, she was extremely helpful in the selection process including the carpet padding which to me is as important as the carpeting. Nick, the president, then came out to do the measurements and was very helpful in doing the final carpet selection as the carpeting I was looking at came in three levels and he actually talked me into going with the mid level. The padding used was 8 lb bonded padding everywhere except the master. When I was in the store Micki showed me the courage pad which is a solid padding (not bonded) and while the 8 lb pad is very comfortable the courage pad installed in the master goes above and beyond. Installation (which to me is as important as the carpet selection) using the power stretch method went very smoothly and the installers were top notch and pleasant to work with. I had gotten other estimates and read as many reviews for each that I could and checked each out with BBB. Looking at reviews for Fredericks I was hard pressed to find any negatives with the installation process which as I said at least to me is very important. It also appears from the reviews if there is any type of issue Fredericks is there to work with you as well as the manufacturer to favorably resolve any issues. As I told Nick when I decided to go forward their estimate was a "bit" higher than the other estimates I had gotten but I decided to go with them based on my comfort level with everything I had read."
