"It went very well. Shane was on time for the appointment he explained in detail over the phone what it would take to get the tub back to its original state. He provided a senior citizen discount as his ad says. It was my mom's tub and around the time that Shane did the service she was in the hospital. He never questioned me about where she was but took my word for it, and handed me back $20 dollars. I will definitely be using him again for other jobs as well and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this service done."

I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless.
