I told him my problem, toilet that took too long to fill and the toilet would sometimes not refill after flushing. He looked at it and told me what has to be done. He also mentioned that he noticed another problem, the toilet was not seated securely to the floor. I had recently had new flooring put in and the installer screwed up. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. When the weather turned colder we tried to use the heater. We called our regular electrician and he informed us the wire had been cut during the bathtub installation."
