"I?m a loyal customer of PNC. In the pas,t I would just go to the dry cleaner that was most convenient or least expensive. In the past 4-5 years however, the only place I?ve gone to have my shirts and suits cleaned and
repaired has been PNC. The owners Mahesh and Mamta do great work, are professional and friendly.
It?s also nice that they know all their regular customers by name. When I go in to drop of my laundry, there is no need for me to wait around while they complete paperwork. I just drop off my bag and with a friendly hello the only need to let me know when it will be finished.
PNC?s prices are about average. They are not the cheapest place in town, but they are not expensive either. Considering the excellent service and the quality of their work, they are a bargain compared to most places.
Also, they are honest. I admit that I am very forgetful and have a habit of leaving things in my pockets. More than once I?ve stopped by to pick up my laundry, only to find a little envelope attached with at $20 bill or other valuable enclosed.
In five years the only issue I had was a pair of lost trousers. This occurred during one of the rare times when the owners were out of town and had someone filling in for them. They were quick to admit the error and reimbursed me the full cost to
replace them.
"

"Expenses shoes we wanted repaired. Did a good job and on time, but a bit more expensive than we expected. To their credit, I took in a pair of white sandals, which were stained, to be cleaned. They attempted to clean them several times but were not successful. They did not charge me for this service."

"I went into Fortner's months before I had the furniture reupholstered to look at sample books for fabric, the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I had been to two other shops and nobody else explained to me that I needed to choose a fabric that could be railroaded, installed sideways, otherwise my camel backed sofa would have a seam in the middle. So I took several fabric books home, it took months to decide, but I picked the appropriate fabrics. I took the books back with my selected fabrics, Fortner's ordered the fabrics, then 2 of the nicest guys came and picked-up the sofas. Two and a half weeks later, Fortner's called me to setup a delivery date and time, the guys came on time and delivered my beautiful like new sofas. About a week later I noticed that the one sofa was lower on top on one side (probably from the dog sitting on the back of the sofa on that one side) I called and asked if that could be fixed, Craig offered to come to the house and look at the sofa but I suggested emailing a photo of the sofa. After looking at the photo he called and setup a pickup date for the sofa, they repaired the problem in less than a week and re-delivered the sofa. Now the sofa does look brand new!
They did a great job on the sofas, but the best part of my experience was when I called about the problem with the one sofa, no one complained or made excuses, the staff remained friendly and professional the entire process.
"

"My husband and I had been searching for a new dry cleaner because we were no longer happy with Dale Cleaners (near Kenny and Henderson). Dry Cleaning Station does a great job cleaning and we have also had minor repairs done.
Recently, my husband had a button replaced on a work button-down shirt by Dry Cleaning Station. Hew wore it a few days later and it popped off while he was speaking with clients. When I returned there with the shirt, the staff member was very nice and assured me it would be taken care of as soon as possible---of course it was the weekend---and the shirt was repaired and recleaned at no charge two days later
We will continue to use them, but our search for a more economical and environmentally-friendly dry cleaner continues. I wish dry cleaners would recycle those metal hangars and offer a discount or deposit---don't most people just discard them and use their own at home?
"

"They did a fantastic job repairing the leather on my husband’s grandfathers antique money clip. I also brought in some shoes to fix up and they looked brand new again. Highly recommended."

"They were losing pieces of our clothing. The final straw was when they lost the jacket to my husband's best suit. When they did get it correct, the service was fine. We will not use this company again in the future."
