"Richard responded immediately to my call, scheduled an estimate, and was at my home almost within the week to do the work. He and his crew did an excellent job and I felt the price was fair. I am guessing if I would have asked for them to paint as well that could have been an option but I would rather do that myself to keep the cost lower anyhow (so I am glad he didn't automatically push for that to be included). Would hire again without a thought if I ever have any plaster issues again.
