"The team showed up on time and were very professional. Our patio, driveway, walkways and deck look brand new. They also pressure washed the whole house and our brick looks gorgeous. Because of the great job they did, we saw a couple spots that needed pressure washed a little more to match the spotless rest of the house and they responded quickly and came back to address those small spots. "We hired MW to finish our basement, add a basement bath, gut and re-design our kitchen and upstairs bathroom, re-configure out duct work, rebuild our two staircases, replace all windows, and rebuild our front porch. Given the scope of the remodel, I spent many, many hours researching and vetting local contractors before deciding on MW. We are extremely pleased with the final product! Virtually everything they touched was finished to a very high quality and lovely aesthetic. I worked most closely with their designer, who was a great help in selecting materials, and with Drew Marks, whom I talked with many times a week before and during construction. When something was not to my precise liking, Drew made it right. And though we have an older (1940's) home that resulted in some surprises and challenges, there were no change orders or extra charges due to this. In fact, every aspect of the project was at or below the projected budget, with the exception of times when I chose upgraded finishes. I also was comfortable with the crew they used, particularly Armando, who was happy to answer my questions, and left our home very clean at the end of each day. Home renovations can be a stressful and emotional time for the owners, and Drew and his team were as responsive and professional as they could be in order to limit this. If you are seeking a rock bottom price on construction work and are willing accept the shoddy quality that often accompanies it, then MW is not for you. Our goal in undertaking our home renovation was to get excellent workmanship and a beautiful space without spending a fortune, and while living in the home during renovations. MW helped us achieve this."

"I highly recommend Rene Lopez and Renaissance Restoration. They have completed a number of jobs at my house. The latest involved renovating a garden room, which included repairing and painting walls, hanging new doors, re-plumbing a sink, installing recessed lights, rebuilding an outdoor stoop, and lots more. Rene does any project I've asked him to do well, and always does a little extra to make it even better. He discusses options with me and offers what usually turn out to be great suggestions. "Jorge Lazo and his crew came in and painted 5 bedrooms, our master bathroom plus a large closet, ALL IN ONE DAY. They were punctual, in fact they were a little early, which is always very nice.  They were professional and very tidy. Jorge and his team did a great job in our home and I will definitely use them again when we paint the outside of our house. "Mason and his staff at Sino-American GC were a pleasure to work with. They renovated the bathroom, installed multiple doors throughout the DC condo, and installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen. The bathroom work was a complete remodel, the team installed all new finishes and fixtures in a timely manner, on budget and schedule, and with great care. I’m glad we had professional staff that could walk us through different scenarios for installation as the project work went along as dealing with uncertain existing conditions can be a challenge.. The tile work throughout the condo is flawless and by far our favorite. Not only was the team knowledgeable during construction, but gave us tips for maintenance as well after the project was completed."
