"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"We have lovingly restored our house.. up to the cracks in the plaster ceiling. We knew that we needed someone else to do that . George and his crew came in and made virtually NO mess. They patched the cracks.. they are not visible at all.   We had a problem with one of the areas re-cracking. George came out and fixed it immediately. We do have a unique situation in that our ceiling has radiant ceiling heat.  So far.. no further cracking. They look so much better.

"He came the same day and did the estimate and the work. He was very affordable, but definitely not a perfectionist. He didn't do a rough and finish coat, so I had to do a bit of finish sanding to get the areas smooth and even a bit of additional patch work where small bubbles had formed. He also didn't tape the woodwork so I had to do a bit of clean up of plaster splatters. In fairness, though, I did not call him to see if he would do these things to my satisfaction. I was eager to paint and went on and did it myself. If you are looking for cheap and quick, he fits the bill."
