"While searching for someone to replace the very large leaking Palladian window above my front door, I found Timothy's Home Improvements in Angie's List. Timothy was quick to respond to my call and provided me with a reasonable estimate. After discussing the job with Timothy I was confident that Tim and his crew were competent and could do the job to my satisfaction. In the course of installing the window Tim's team found rot in the door and side window frames. We modified the contract to cover the rot repairs. Tim's crew went to work and did a beautiful job install the window and repairing the rotten trim. We also hired Tim to install drywall in my basement bathroom, the basement closet, and the garage ceiling. The drywall was installed in a timely
fashion and was finished ready for paint.
I was very happy with the work Tim and his gang did. Through the whole process of installing the window, making repairs to the front door and trim, and installing the drywall, Tim kept us informed of his progress and was always easy to contact (Tim always responded to my calls in 24 hours or less).

Robert & Son Construction responded to my inquiry within hours and came to my home the same day to give me a very reasonable estimate. They then scheduled the repair two days later and were in an out in less than 6 hours. My ceiling is pristine and looks like nothing ever happened! The patch isnt even discernable a d that was no small feat as it abutted a sprinkler line. Truly impressed with the workmanship and the customer service! The insulation they installed has even dramatically improved the temperature control in the room and they painted the ceiling and left the remaining product for me use without additional cost. They were professional, prompt, kept me up to date with everything along the way, and they did it all with smiles! Cannot recommend this company enough!!"
