"The actual 2 painters were very good. They were polite, respectful and did a great job. It was the company's contact Michael Cummings that I had a problem with. I had started painting the atrium but the 14 foot height scared me too much so we bought this painting package thru Angie's List to get the job finished. When Michael arrived to get the guys started he was taken aback because I also wanted the ceiling in the atrium painted. He said that would probably go over the alloted price package time so he needed an extra $50. There was no customer's first attitude and it felt sleezy that he was asking for more money after I paid for the package thru Angie's List before they even came out.
