"I had two projects: Popcorn Ceiling Removal and new tile installation. Popcorn ceiling removal: I was extremely satisfied. My ceiling looks fantastic and I could not notice any issues except some very minor bits of plaster that failed to get cleaned up. There was some patch work I requested after the project due to my own work on the house which Carlos did for me for which I am very appreciative. The project went extremely smoothly: on time and with no need for follow-up work. The tile installation was not as smooth. Sub-contractors flaked but Carlos kept me in communicaiton and found replacements in a timely manner. The final work looked phenomenal except for 2 tiles which needed re-work. Carlos was once again fantastic and made sure the work was done. Carlos is amazing to work with and can be trusted to ensure clients are satisfied with the final results. His prices are also extremely fair."

"We have used Dan several times for a number of projects because he is very precise in getting the job right.  This most recent job consisted in removing mirrored walls and tile in the bathroom, repairing the wall and plastering. In order for the wall board and plastering to match the other walls in the room, it took Dan several visits, so the plaster would set right and ultimately create a smooth finish.  Since our work schedule varies each week, Dan willingly worked around our schedule, even though he lives a distance from us.
Besides our satisfaction with his work, we very much appreciate the fact that Dan arrives on time when he says he will.  He makes sure he leaves his home early enough to allow for traffic delays. This is especially important when we need to leave for work ourselves and can't be late.  He is cheerful and professional each time he comes to the house, very easy going.
