"This pro is as authentic and honest as they come. After having my computer ruined in hurricane Ida I was wondering whether it was worth getting it fixed or not. After speaking with Seng he was honest about it not being worth fixing due to the costs which would total more than what I paid for the computer. Seng was able to advise me on next steps that would be much cheaper I appreciate his honesty integrity and help!"

"They have a 4 hour install window and called before the end of window to let me know that they were running late. Installation of the garbage disposal was quick since the make and model was the same as my previous one"

I have an extensive background in lighting repair and knowledge on residential electrical devices, including receptacles, switches, and device changes. I also have experience with retrofit LED conversions from traditional lighting. I can also do custom work with old fixtures that may have been broken for years and can also turn something that is not a light fixture into a light fixture if desired.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I was told to call All American Solutions. I did and was connected Mr. Bob Feltman. He is a wonderful, brilliant, and smart man. He was patient with me as he walked me through the steps I needed to do. Because of surgery I just had my mouth area was numb and swollen making it hard for me to speak correctly. Bob was such a love. For 2 1/2 days he diligently worked cleaning up, removing all of the ware's, and trash out of my computer. Then everything had to be reinstalled. I was extremely pleased with his work and knowledge. I would totally recommend All American Solutions to anyone that has a computer problem big or small. To me their price of $99.00 total was most reasonable. Al Newton."

"It was good.  It seems okay.  The computer is working pretty good.  Although I don’t use it everyday but when I use it I don’t get any warnings about anything.  The guy was very good with his business.  I only paid the $59 big deal."
