"Dwayne was really responsive and was willing to come out the same day we exchanged emails. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a solution for the work that needed to be done. We needed a new valve stem put in and also new shower knobs. He took a trip to Lowe’s and picked up the product we needed. He completed the task in about 3 hours. The charge for the parts was low however, the cost for the labor was a little more than I was expecting. Either way, the job is done and he gave us a year warranty on the job he did today. Would recommend."

From start to finish the job was done in 45 minutes with the old toilet being removed and the new one installed. It looks really nice. I will use this company again. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
