Danny was able to squeeze us into Blue Star's full schedule at a time that worked for us and called before the visit for clarification about the problem, and after the visit about how things went. John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. "The assignment went well. The tech (Stacy) was very knowledge and explain to me the in and out of what might be the issue with the unit. Once the issue was diagnose, Stacy got right to work and resolved the problem within no time. My house is now cooling and ready for the our next HEAT wave. I highly recommend him and HPC services. "Grove and Son did an outstanding job first doing a general check of the unit, then a leak check, and finally refilling the refrigerant. They showed up on time and managed to get to me in only a couple of days! Travis was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in no nonsense terms. "I brought my car in for service because it was running rough. A few months before I had the power steering pump replaced and within about a month it began to make a noise. I figured it was due to low fluid but, the fluid level was fine.  ABS told me they would diagnose my car and give me a call and tell me what I needed to repair.  They called me about an hour later at work  and listed the repairs they recommended.  Their list included a new power steering pump.  I told them to not replace the pump, but to do all of the other repairs.   I picked my car up that evening and as I was driving away noticed that the power steering pump wasn't making any noise.  They didn't charge me for a new pump. So, when got home, I looked under the hood to make sure they hadn't replace the pump - they didn't.   It's been about six months and my car is still running well and the power steering pump isn't making any noise. They did something to the power steering pump - repaired it, without charging me. I am thankful that I found ABS - They are polite, professional and highly competent!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent service.  Our first move from Hanover to Severn ended up being on the rainiest day on record.  Guys came out, moved everything that could be moved with out water damage.  They were fast, and there was no damage even under horrible conditions, and a 2 difficult angled landings between floors.  On our second move, they hustled to get everything packed and loaded on the first day.  When we met them in NC, they got everything unpacked and moved into place with speed and no damage to any furniture.  Some of the items we had include two very heavy recliner couches, and 4 bedrooms worth of stuff.
