"Crunched my garage door by leaving a stepladder under the open door ... close the garage door and crunch. "First to respond to my request. Came one day after my project was opened. When he arrived, I showed him what had happened with my garage door. He provided the best option to fix my garage door and completed the work quickly, efficiently and on the same day! Explained the warranty and reassured me that if I had any problems I contact him and he would be happy to return and help me."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
