"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"We hired Strong Builders for a major home project, and the results were exceptional. Jack, the owner, is everything you hope for in a contractor — professional, punctual, and deeply experienced. He handled the design and construction of our new deck and sunroom, and also remodeled our living room by removing walls and reimagining the layout. What impressed us most was Jack’s honesty and follow-through. He’s a great communicator, clear about timelines and costs, and he always does what he says he will — a rare quality in this field. He does most of the work himself, so there’s no guessing who’s responsible for quality, and he’s an excellent problem solver when unexpected challenges arise. If you’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and highly skilled, we strongly recommend Strong Builders. You’ll get great results with no surprises."

"My apartment needed a fresh coat of paint and repairs to a few large holes after construction. Crystal painting was easy to work with and my apartment looked like new within a few short days. They took extra time to protect my furniture and the paint came out flawless. I highly recommend and will be using them again."

"I recently had a home built for me in Kennebunk,Maine by Jason and the crew of Mason Sky Enterprises and I have nothing but praise for them, not only did they construct my home to the highest standards in an incredibly timely manner but they were also kind and considerate and endlessly patient when it came to my plethora of never ending questions which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend them for any job whether that be large or small. With much gratitude! SSgt.K Campbell USAF (Ret.)"

"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Scott Curtice has a real knack for design, he is attentive and cares about details, and he will perform carpentry and touch-up work as needed. Moreover, he handled all the project coordination so that we could do the jobs that we do well, which do not include home renovation."
