"Neo was excellent! My water heater went and a new one was installed by Neo and his team the next day. They were very professional, communicated instantly, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use S.S Piping n Heat for all of my future plumbing and heating needs. Would recommend this company to anyone!"

"Matt was responsive, honest, and quoted significantly less than two other competitors. Install was done same day, work was done quick, and he provided great information about warranties. Highly recommend!"

"Brian responded promptly with a fair price for replacing my gas hot water tank. He kept me informed when he picked up the new tank as well as when he was en route to my home. He installed the new hot water tank quickly and wiped up the water when he was done. I will use his services again when needed."

"Scott came to my house on time and was able to pinpoint the problem with my toilet very quickly. Explained everything clearly, told me how much time it would take and gave me a fair price. I had another plumber, a friend, fix and replace the toilet two years ago, didn't fix it properly and charged me twice the price. I am extremely happy. Scott was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant and didn't leave my bathroom a mess. I had Scott replace a leaking faucet while he was there. I am thrilled to have found this gem of a plumbing company and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have their business card on my fridge, I know who to call in the future. Thank you for your professionalism."

"We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!"

"Keith plumbing and heating did a excellent job they were on time and on budget everything is working fine. They put in a high efficiency boiler it has been in for about a month and I have had no problems what so ever."

"Brandon was very professional and at the same time friendly and personable. He drained and took out the old water heater and replaced it plus installing a mixing valve. He went way beyond in that he found a small gas leak and fixed that as well. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again."
