After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! Yuriy arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up properly after himself. The price was quite fair and I am very pleased to have my window functioning and keeping out the cold air. Yay! He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. "They are a little more expensive than other window installers but they did an amazing job. They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. The end result looks wonderful. A true pleasure to work with."

"Gusty wind threw a rock and smash one of our storm window. I found Arlmont Glass from Angies List. Called first thing in the morning. I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. While they were there, I also have them fix a piece of glass on our garage door that has a crack. Their quality of work was excellent. Everything was handle with care and they are very professional. Another gem I found on Angies' List. I will definitely use them again for future glass projects."

"We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. "

I didn't have much hope it could be repaired because someone else had already looked at it and advised it had to be replaced.
