"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

They had two more jobs to get to, so they will come back to try other solutions and to address another issue. We also asked about replacing a faucet, they gave us a quote, which was pretty expensive, and they were totally cool with not doing that piece. I appreciate being told what doesn't really need to be done as well as what does. I would totally recommend this team and this company to others. And, I felt totally respected as a woman.
