"Everything went great. My water heater broke on Friday night. I put out a few messages for plumbers on Angie's List, and Shimon got back to me right away. I heard back from some other plumbers as well, but Shimon was able to do it the soonest and at the best price. Couldn't ask for more. He arrived at 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning and replaced the water heater, hauling the old one away. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend! I will use again when I need any plumbing services."

"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"The plumber was professional, courteous and did a good job. However, it was unreasonably expensive. $550.00 to replace the cartridge in my shower faucet. The work took about 1 1/5 hours including about 40 minutes to go pick up the part. I was charged an additional $140.00 just because he did not have the part with him. My faucet is a very common Kohler faucet."

"Kyle and Jake were awesome! Very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We are trying to solve an odor issue, so it is not clear cut. They did the most logical solution, it has helped a lot! They had two more jobs to get to, so they will come back to try other solutions and to address another issue. We also asked about replacing a faucet, they gave us a quote, which was pretty expensive, and they were totally cool with not doing that piece. I appreciate being told what doesn't really need to be done as well as what does. I would totally recommend this team and this company to others. And, I felt totally respected as a woman.
