I requested a free inspection, which was very thorough, inside the attic space, and on the roof itself, complete with pictures and video. Kyle, the roof expert, explained options for me, different materials, different prices. He also offered different payment suggestions, so I could choose what would work for me. The quality of the materials, the work, the efficiency, were all superior. Mike, the project manager on the actual day of the job, was very clear in communicating as well. I am extremely pleased with the work, and particularly with the people. Excellent!"

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"The Willard Company was very efficient with scheduling a visit to come give an estimate, sending the estimate, and scheduling the work to be done. The team came and replaced the gutter around the third floor balcony in one day. The price was just a little over the estimate because they replaced old wood behind the gutter which was a very good thing. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them."

"He arrived and knew what was to be repaired . It was replacing chingels on the roof . When he arrived he looked up and saw exactly the location of where the shingles came from . He's very knowledgeable! He went right to work . And was finished in no time . He did check other areas of the roof for me , thus was on the front main part of the house . I did question him that my husband had told me were going to have to have another roof done in the very near future . I had discussed this with crieg and he said no you don't. Your roof is in good condition right now , and you've still got some years to go here before that is to be done . It was a big relief to me to hear this . "Joe Hennelly and his excellent crew did a fantastic job on our roof replacement, from start to finish. First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, and the experience dealing with Joe and his crew was top notch. Highly recommended!"

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"Victor came to inspect the leak problem we have. We have an intermittent leak, but I could not find the source of the problem. Victor and I went into the attic and he was able to find where the water was getting in. Then we went outside, and Victor went onto the roof. As it turns out, wind damage to some of the vinyl siding is the source of the leak, fortunately not the roof. So, I cannot attest to the quality of Master's work, but if the others at Master Roofers are like Victor, you will be in good hands."
