"Hired Affordable Tile and Grout for a bathroom re grout and tile cleaning. Ryan and his coworker did a fantastic job. I feel like we have a new bathroom. Communication was easy and he responded quickly to my calls and worked around my busy schedule. He and his co worker were as friendly and professional as could be. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend. Robert"

"The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family. I plan on using Pacific Stone and Tile every time I need countertops."

"Chris did an absolutely fantastic job tiling our kitchen floor and backsplash (under very difficult circumstances)! Our 1920s house has more than its fair share of irregularities (nothing is square, many choices made in previous years were unconventional at best, etc.), and Chris dealt with all the challenges this kitchen threw his way with grace, aplomb, and a creative and collaborative troubleshooting approach. He was very easy to communicate with, from the initial quote onwards, and went above and beyond to help us navigate some gaps in our contractor lineup (demoing our tile countertop, building a threshold, etc.). It was truly a delight to work with him, and the final product looks phenomenal."

"It took a bit longer than expected, but overall it went very well. Our shower looks like new, and all of the cleaning, caulking, and grouting has a professional, finished look."

"Anh's crew was working as a subcontractor on our kitchen remodeling project, so we did not negotiate price or schedule with him directly. They did start one day later than scheduled, but the delay had minimal impact. Once on site, they got right to work. Our house is over 100 years old, with floors that have some pretty impressive slopes; in one place, the floor drops over an inch within a 6 foot span. They did some shimming to mitigate this a bit. They laid the new oak flooring and did a very good job; even with the wavy subfloor, the boards are very tight. They took four days to install, sand and finish/refinish floors in four rooms. They sanded between coats of urethane. At the end of the job, the floors looked beautiful. Upon close inspection, we did discover a few small blemishes, places where the polyurethane bubbles did not burst. Anh himself came over to the house and did the touch up, as well as patching some gaps where the new baseboards did not cover as much as the old baseboards did. This did take some weeks to schedule, he is very busy. Anh is a very friendly, cordial guy. He told us how to care for our new floors and explained everything he did. We are very pleased with his work."

"Sam and Miguel did a beautiful job retiling my bathroom floor with marble stones. Sam and Miguel were always punctual, and I was amazed by the output that was produced within just 1.5 days. I would definitely recommend Sam's Masonry to all my friends."

"Anthony and his team were very professional, showing up at the promised time and treating my home with respect. They involved me in all decisions regarding the tiles used to ensure I was happy with the final product. The job was finished quickly and the quality is fantastic."

"They did an exceptional job and i highly recommend them. We encountered unexpected issues (underneath the tile) and Mike was very flexible and accomodating."

"Excellent. Leo was great to work with. The turn around time was very quick and the installation was fast, prompt and done in a professional workmanlike manner. I would recommend Leo’s granite and marble to any contractor and/or home owner looking for related services."
