He really tried to repair them, but, as I suspected, they were shot. Only 20 years old! (joke, that's long enough.) So within two hours, I had a new replacement that's FAR more silent than the old one, and two new fully synced remotes. Also, debris from the install was removed, and I'm delighted. Juan was professional, obviously quite experienced in this drill, and I recommend him and Elite Garage to everyone."
