After I accidentally damaged my TV, I hesitated for four months about getting it fixed because I didn't know how much it would cost. I'm sorry that I waited so long to call a repair person because my experience with Mr. Watkins was great.  He was able to come to my house on the same day that I called, which was very convenient.  When he didn't arrive or call 30 minutes after the appointment time, I had to call him to make sure he was still coming.  He was delayed at a previous appointment, which I didn't mind, but I would have appreciated him giving me a call to let me know.  This is why I gave him a B in punctuality.  Once he arrived at my house, Mr. Watkins diagnosed the problem and repaired the TV efficiently and quickly.
