"The repair person was personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step. He helped me solve the immediate problem but we chose to not do the complete repair. CAUTION: This company charges a fee for diagnosis, and another fee for the labor. So if they show up you are likely to have a minimum charge of $180. In my experience MOST companies will put the diagnostic fee towards the labor charge if you go ahead and do the repair. Mr. Appliance does not do that. CAUTION #2: The office notified me about the appointment time by email at the very end of the business day. I called twice to tell them that I would not be there at the designated time, both times I was assured that they would contact the repair guy, but he was never contacted. So ultimately I don't have 100% trust in this company"

"I called first thing Tuesday after a holiday weekend. I was told that they would fit me in, and they would call before they came. At 12:45, I got a call and the guy was here by 12:55. He immediately fixed my fridge (had the part with him). Then he diagnosed the washer problem, and said he had to go get a part. When I asked if he could fix it today, he said yes, that he had plenty of time for my appointment. He left to get the part, returned and fixed it. I really appreciate them not stacking the appointments so that they either can't finish one or have to be late to another. He was very nice to me and my dogs. <br />"
