Their trim work is beautiful. Tom crafted custom vanities and a banquet sitting area. Beautiful work. Rex reworked the Sheetrock and finished it beautifully. Tom built custom drawers for under the banquet and vanities. Beautiful work and soft close drawers. I am happy to speak with anyone about their work. "Excellent !!! I highly recommend this contractor. The finished product was even better than I had imagined. On-Site Builders handled all of the necessary drawings, permits, & inspections. I met with Gary once or twice and he sketched the roof based on my description. I never had to get involved again after those meetings. He employed 4 subcontractors for the framing, shingled roof, vinyl covering, & fan installation. All performed exceptionally. It was as though they read my mind. I actually enjoyed watching his crew and the subcontractors perform their crafts. They were like well oiled machines. By watching every step of the process, I could see how well built it is. Very strong. A few flaws needed to be revisited in the vinyl work but they were corrected the next day. The area was kept clean throughout the process as they swept up every day. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a pleasure."

Communication could have been a little better - but the end result was great. Billy Painter is the president of the company and is the design design guy. He did a terrific job blending the two spaces and resolving any issues that arose. Andrew is the up front guy and a real pleasure to work with. Got quotes from two other companies and Southern Exposure was the best. I would recommend them."
