"I just moved into a recently renovated home and couldn't power up a brand new dryer that had just been delivered that morning. The delivery guys said that I had two days to figure out if the problem was the outlet or was dryer was defective. If it was the dryer, they would pick it up and take it back and bring a replacement at no charge, but only if the dryer was defective. The only way to know was to hire an electrician. Luckily I found Julius and called him explaining the situation and the urgency. He was here within 20 minutes! He answered every question I had about the generator and the install. I got three estimates, two from well known generator installers and also Hemrick who was listed in HomeAdvisor. Randy's estimate was more than $5000 and $7500 BELOW the two other estimates. The quality of the install was excellent with no surprises or added costs. This guy knows how to build and run a successful business. If you have an electrical project or install, get two or three estimates including Randy's, you will be glad you did."

"Both inspections were very thorough, professional, and the technicians were very informative. The only issue arose when came to billing with plumbing. Though I had thoroughly explained what I needed and wanted with the office staff, and was quoted a $79 fee I was presented with a $439 bill. When I contested this amount the tech showed me the amount listed on the card they are given for pricing. He then called his supervisor who agreed to the $79 fee. Positive in the end on that one. During the plumbing inspection the tech found an issue with one of the toilets. I inquired about the price for them to install. I was quoted $849. Needless to say, even though this included the supplies, I did not choose to use Ragsdale for this need. Finally, at least one of the staff in the office was neither interested or seemed to care that Ragsdale was listed with bad information on their listing on Angie's list. Nor did she seem interested in answering questions I had about services. If it were not for a subsequent call to Ragsdale and another office staff person I would not have found the awesome techs of Ragsdale. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between office staff and the techs in the field."

"I cannot recommend Robert Smith, Jr enough. I first met him when he worked for another company. A few years later he replaced my smoke detectors. This year, I needed help with several electrical projects. I reach out to Mr Smith and he went above and beyond. He was willing to work with my schedule which was a major plus. In the end, he installed 2 ceiling fans, relocated a third, installed 2 light fixtures, replaced 3 exhaust fans, and replaced 2 light fixtures and 7 outlets. I was beyond satisfied with the results. And all for a very competitive price. I definitely can say he will be my electrician until he is no longer working. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!"
