"Our first encounter with Ragsdale was late last summer, around August. We have had problems with both our upstairs and downstairs units over the past four years, and we were finally fed up and wanted the upstairs unit replaced. Ben came out, diagnosed the problem, and quoted us for the replacement of the unit. The price was more than reasonable, considering we had paid three other companies over the two years prior to "fix" different issues. The unit was promptly installed and immediately worked like a champ. This year, I needed help with several electrical projects. I reach out to Mr Smith and he went above and beyond. He was willing to work with my schedule which was a major plus. In the end, he installed 2 ceiling fans, relocated a third, installed 2 light fixtures, replaced 3 exhaust fans, and replaced 2 light fixtures and 7 outlets. I was beyond satisfied with the results.
