The customer service they provide is outstanding. I order a lot of lights in daylight color and the service manager always makes sure they have it in stock because they come out. "Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

Dispatch communicated on Monday that our tech would arrive at 10 am on Wednesday, but he came considerably early at 8:15 am. I was a bit surprised when the doorbell rang without a phone call first, especially given the change in arrival time, but was happy to receive our service earlier in the day. I was disappointed that I couldn't use my Christmas "$40 off" coupon because our bill was under $195. David asked if I wanted to replace the faucet at this time, but I declined."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Don't even know where to start, to be honest. My furnace just died during a historic cold front in the US and my home was 47°. I had my normal HVAC guy come out and look at it and he said he'd need to order the part and it would be here next week. Unfortunately that'd mean I'd be in a hotel until next week too. Called a dozen other places, same story. Nobody keeps this random part stocked, special order only. Well, nobody but Ivan! After making a dozen calls, I called him and he said he could fix it tonight. I was skeptical because I had been told otherwise so many times within the previous hour, but the dude is legit. He just left my home and got the job done, earlier than originally scheduled, too. The price was right and I couldn't be happier. He saved me $100's by not having to get a hotel. Safe to say, I have a new HVAC guy now. I can't recommended these guys enough, SERIOUSLY."
