"The Yard Experts exceeded my expectations. I have had numerous landscapers, arborists, lawn care and I am usually dissappointed in quality, communication and outcomes. This time was very different. Joe came to my home to evaluate the work to be done and he was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I like that the company has their employees wear Logo shirts, and he presented me with his business card immediately. He also informed me that the men doing the work are hired employees and not temporary workers. We toured the yards and he was very thorough and had good suggestions. He also suggested that I check with my homeowners assoc. prior to the work just to make sure there were no hidden requirements. When the men showed up to do the work, I was pleasantly surprised that they were so prompt (7:30 AM) and fully prepared and knowledgeable of the work to be done. The workers were very professional and checked with me throughout the job to ensure everything was just as I wanted it to be done. They removed 13 bushes and capped off the drip lines, fertilized 7 Queen palm trees, removed 3 small palm trees ( and their stumps) by my pool area, removed a tree stump leftover by a previous lawn maintenance crew when they removed a tree (the tree was now started to grow back), installed a new sprinkler control box and planted some rose bushes. While they were planting the rose bushes they discovered that my Palm tree roots had grown into the sprinkler line and was completely clogged. We discussed the problem and I asked if they would be able to replace the line with PVC and not the original type that was in there now. They didn't have the PVC on the truck, however he called and was able to have it delivered and they installed it the same day! I was worried I would have to wait for another day to have the work completed so this was great as the men had already been working several hours. I was home the whole day and was able to watch and communicate through the whole process. They left my yard immaculate, no debris, my gravel was smoothed out where all the bushes and trees were removed. You couldn't even tell anything had been disturbed in the area where they dug up the sprinkler line and they had to work around rose bushes in a narrow area. They worked continually with only 1 break that I am aware of until about 6pm and they were extremely thorough and even smiling as they closed out the job. I will definitely use them for my future landscaping needs! <br />"
