"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. "The doors one was great the second he had to come back to fix. As there was a gap in between the door and where it met the frame and he originally didn't add the door jam. The hot tub work was great but it cost $300 more than originally quoted. To be fair it was bc he installed a gfi outlet he didn't originally quote. Plus he was supposed to show up at 11a and didn't and then said he was on his way and would be there at 245p and I said I had an errand so in an hour would work so he went home and charged me $30 for trip cancellation."

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"Simply put, Trevor and his crew do great decks.
I have to share my 1st attempt on hiring the right guy for this project. It consisted of me getting a couple recommended contractors from others and thought I was good. Instead it was terrible, to the point where we mutually agreed it was best for them to remove the decking and poorly installed addition and walk away. Naturally I cautiously interviewed several more deck builders before deciding on MN Construction.
From the 1st call, Trevor impressed me. He made time out of his busy schedule to stop by or take my calls. He gave me an clear overview, answered questions and concerns from the last guy's work, explained why when asked, left samples, etc. He suggested deferent designs and product over others and why, building my confidence quickly. After we traded a few emails/texts, my decision to go with MN Construction was an easy one.
During the project, with a crew of 3, progress was made quickly. They were efficient, hard working, and asked questions when needed. The results are more than we expected to get because of his recommendations and I know our deck with last longer because of the quality of work/product they used. When I'd point out this or that, boom done, and better than expected. After interviewing several and hiring a couple, it's hard to find guys like this out there. You can bet they will be getting another call from me on other remodel work and I have already passed their name on.
