"I've had Glenn of GA Electric to my house multiple times over the years -- I keep calling him back because he's efficient, friendly, and I learn something from him each time. When we first moved in he did basics for us such as GFCI install, adding new receptacles, and fixing a poorly done junction box. Subsequent visits he added a light to a ceiling fan and hooked up new radiant heat in a bathroom. He has allowed me to linger while he works and talks to me about what he's doing so I get to learn something.
