"Van was very professional. He not only provided the services that was expected, but he gave me an in-service on taking care of the fireplace, i.e., type of wood that is best, cleaning, not to have on electrical sources (such as the ceiling fan) which could potentially cause smoke to come back into the room. He was courteous and very nice. He laid out tarp to protect my floors and vacuumed up all of the mess I had left from the last time I used the fireplace. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "He did a really great job. He arrived on time as agreed upon. He kept in constant contact with me before he got to my home. He removed everything out of the bedroom and took up the carpet and the padding in a very short time. He did a great job. There was a large bed in the room and he was able to work around it without having to lift it He helped me move some heavy things to the street because I am disabled and I cannot lift things. He did a good job, fair pricing an all-around just great work. I will be hiring him again in a couple weeks"
