"Called Kinetico on a Saturday, A tech named Will called and asked a few questions. Told me not to worry and he would be to my house soon. 20 minutes later he was already working on the system. Called the problem right away, and had all parts and tools with him. Did not have to wait for a repair. During the repair we spoke and gathered he truly cared about my house, and the luxury of having water. Tank needed to fill up in order for the water to kick on, Will said he would not leave until that happened to make sure my family had water. Everyone in the offices is as nice as can be! Great company!"
