He built it exactly as I designed. His install team did a great job installing. Note: Don does not paint/stain the work. He finishes it to paint/stain grade. I can’t recommend Don Dockery enough. "Their guys are  true professionals. They always showed up on time, were tidy, professional and courteous. All work was done to my satisfaction. <br /> On this last occasion we had an toilet that was wobbly. We picked out our toilet, plus a sink with vanity, a wall mirror, new light fixtures, and G.H's guys picked them up and brought them to our condo. They unpacked everything outside and after removing our old stuff, they brought in everything piece by piece. <br /> They tidies up the area around the toilet, set new bolts, and applied a new seal. They then set the toilet, applied a nice bead of calk. This was something my husband noticed. They then attached the water and it was done in about 10 minutes. The cabinet with the new fixtures was installed. It took a little longer but it went in smoothly. It was obvious the workers knew what they were doing. You know when someone has done something before by how they move and install. <br /> The wall mounted light fixtures went in smoothly. The suggested we add a piece of trim to cover the holes left by the old fixture. Not only did it look great but it saved us money by not having to repair the hole. Just a small accent piece that cost $3, saved us about $50. It adds up. <br /> They also replaced our front door knob and installed a new dead bolt. Again it was done smoothly and cleanly. Since I am on cleanliness, G.H. is one of the cleanest companies I have ever used. They clean as they go and remove everything and clean up. All I had to do was supply a vacuum and a broom. <br /> This is not the first time we used G.H. Complete Construction and it won't be the last.  Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. <br />"

"Superb from start to finish. I am an amateur DYI’r and had pulled up much of the previous flooring myself. When taking quotes from several companies, Wuality Rennovation were in line with others in terms of fees. What set them apart was Isaac listening to me, not talking down to me, demonstrating that he knew “I knew” something about what needed to be done. The others treated me like they were the experts and I knew nothing even though I spent the past month pulling up engineered hard wood floors and tiles. Issac also didn’t try to exclude things. He then staffed it with one of the most skilled, nicest, and artisan tile installers, Rubin. Rubin spent quality time on each and ever tile making certain there were no air pockets, that it was level, and that the design was both with integrity but also visually appealing (he took the time to show me the different ways it could be laid, talked to me about manufacturer recommendations). Rubin worked long hours including Saturdays to get it done for me and thought about things like getting the laundry room done asap so I could also run my household during the project. It’s always a good idea to take multiple quotes for any major renovations. You will find their pricing competitive or even lower if you ask if there are exclusions but more importantly you will get people who listen, take the time to understand, show up each and ever day and do the highest quality work. I told Issac at the end I would willingly pay more than the quoted price if I had extra budget, they are no joke that good. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt so strongly about writing this one. I am happy to be a reference for anyone looking to hire QUALITY Innovations!"
