"I hired Service Resource Co. following Hurricane Helene. My home had 2 feet of water throughout. Oscar explained the process of remediation, detailed the timeline and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. I think I was in shock at the time, never having experienced the damage a flood leaves. He was professional and compassionate, answered every question and listened patiently as I tried to put together my thoughts. "started great but it went down hill doors that were in stalled dented then replaced and fell apart and replaced again and billed for all three times . had new ceilings coating installed to cover blemishes and was paint ready and the ceiling looked worst then it did before it was done. returned did poor job try ti fix his mistakes had wall repaired but were he patched you could see each seam not sanded properly. over charged for a bathroom drain when confronted about he returned while we were 1300 miles away and removed it with out telling anybody when sink was used for the first time it flooded cabinets and floors, pictures that were sent to us 1300 miles away did not show poor workman ship over paid for work allowed hime to return to fix his mistakes he had all the pictures taken by his tech that need to be done you would think the owner of the franchise mr handyman well known company in south florida would come out himself to take a look at his techs work since we are months into the project the answer is NO he did not even step up as a owner he was quick to blame other trades for his short falls"

I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. I don’t expect any issues now that the project is done but if something did come up,I am very confident that Joel will make it right. A great experience overall and would definitely hire them again."
