Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Waterproofing worked well.    We have had multiple big storms since then with no rain getting in the basement.   Carpet had to be pulled up during the initial visit. MJs offered a very reasonable price to replace the padding, put the carpet back down, and have the carpets cleaned. The carpet cleaning also went well and freshened up the house!

Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day!
