I told him I needed it done in 2 weeks and he was able to fit me in - doing most of the work himself. The result was great - professionally done and looks like it has always been there. He is responsive, picked up the phone in a federal holiday and scheduled a service call for the next day. He came, and the job was much harder than could be expected, corrosion on everything. But he worked meticulously through it and then was apologetic that he had to change a small bit more for a job that took him probably 4 times the norm. He cleaned everything up and the bathroom was spotless. Iâ ve already contacted with him for additional work. Josh Taber is a pro. He knows what he is doing, he is kind and courteous and he shows up when he says he will. Just Awesome. Canâ t give a positive enough review."

"It was wonderful. It looks very nice, there is no leak at all, he did a really good job, I call him for everything very much. Price is perfect, right in my price range. He is very prompt. They were very nice professionals."

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
