He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. "Sharon and Ed came out. They were very professional, measured and gave us options. Within a couple of days, we had a bid broken down by components. As we gathered other bids, no one was like OC Decks in professionalism. We were so glad that we went with them. They communicated with us throughout the process. We never had to guess what was going to happen. The guys showed up early and worked all day. The only delay was for the timber tech due to back log at the port. They went over and beyond to make our deck spectacular. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a remodel. I can not thank them enough for making the process so smooth and for the gorgeous deck and railing we now have."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."
