"What started as a fairly simple gas pipe replacement (tonsils a previously unshielded gas pipe that passed through concrete and, therefore, rusted out causing the leak) turned into a 3-month journey that required not only the gas pipes to be replaced, but also all of the 14-years-old HVAC PVC piping throughout six floors in our Harlem Brownstone. Apparently the DoB changed the rules in 2022 and when they came to inspect the gas pipe work (and all of the gas appliance connections) saw the old white pvc pipes and said they all had to the replaced. Throughout, Paul and his team from Liquid Tech were totally professional, helpful, informative and calm - even when I’m freaking out at the extra work and cost. So 3 months later, we have gas and hot water, heating and dryers working in time for Winter. I would absolutely recommend Liquid Tech Plumbing and have Paul on speed dial in case we have another emergency."

"I had an outstanding two day experience with Hydraulics Mechanical. I called and the receptionist Tina scheduled my appointment the same day at 4:30 pm. Angelo the plumber arrived a couple of minutes before. He was going to look at the gas pipe and give me a quote. But instead he detected a gas leak. I called Con Edison immediately and they arrived in a few minutes. Angelo replaced the gas pipe which was extremely corroded. It took him almost 2 hours to complete the task. I am so grateful that he fixed it because I was his last client of the day and he looked very exhausted from a long day. When he left my boiler wasn't working.
