"What we hired him for our office: He built a wall where there was a passthrough; closed up two windows in adjoining half walls. He retexturized all this work. Everyone who has seen this new wall (including our painters) have said it's the best drywall work they've seen - that you wouldn't have known it used to be a pathway. Two bathrooms: he demo'd, relit, retiled, installed vanity, bathroom lights, shower tile, etc. Cleaniless wise: I never saw an errant spray of grout or caulk. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily. They laid down tarps and other things to protect the furniture an their path. Communication wise: Chad and his crew showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and kept me updated on the projects. Collaboration wise: Chad was a great sounding board for alternative tile or materials that helped me keep costs down.
