"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. I was given a free evaluation of my roof, shown samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

"Best Roof Repair responded to a request for bids on a roof repair to my home. The damage was not huge, but after a tree fell on the corner of the roof in a wind storm there were several tears and punctures on the shingles. I wanted to repair the damage to prevent future water damage if water seeped through the tears to the subroof. Best responded to the request relatively quickly given the very busy roofing season. They scheduled an inspection, arrived when scheduled, conducted the inspection, and within 48 hours provided a bid. I also went through this process with another company. Best provided a bid for a repair to the area of damage, which was only about a 4 square foot area, plus caulking of 2 pipes. The other company indicated they only did repairs on an entire side of a roof, at a minimum of $3000. I opted to go with Best and once I signed the contract they ordered shingles to match my existing roof. I was anxious to get the repair completed as I had an upcoming surgery. Knowing this they emailed me on a weekend to let me know the shingles had arrived and scheduled the repair for the following Monday morning. The repair team actually showed up a little early, and had the repair completed in about an hour. They cleaned up after the job. The shingles they used were a decent match to my existing roof, and the repair looks good. I am very pleased with the way the staff responded quickly to my request, worked me into their schedule more quickly than any other company, and completed the repair before my surgery. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair."

"Rarely does a person find a service that rates above 5 stars. If it was possible, we would give James Roofing 10 stars for the work they did for us when they re-roofed our house. For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated. They made sure all the pathways were clear of wastes, nails and debris. Even stopping from their lunch break to make sure I was able to walk safely on the side walk. And it was not just one crew person, but all of them were so nice, respectful & curtious. Could not recommend them highly enough!!"

"While working under rather inclement conditions the team preformed admirably. The business owner/ project manager made frequent visits to maintain continuity between myself and the crew which eliminated the need for me to interrupt the crew for completion updates. As for job site cleanliness lets just say remarkable. Every evening before leaving the job sight the crew would pickup any lose materials and go through the planters and lawn with magnets looking for nails or staples, most apricated by my lawn mower. The only negative thing is they have done such a nice job on the roof now the other repairs that are need to my home are much more apparent."
