"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"Installation of a new natural gas water heater was done in about 3 hours. He had to come up with a way to have the water heater raised as it sits on a drain pad and the flat surface of the heater bottom would have closed off the drain. The old heater has legs. He used PVC pipe pieces to elevate this new heater. He replaced the gas shutoff valve and the water shutoff valve. The old ones were over 36 years old."

"Here is the revised version: Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs did an excellent job fixing my garbage disposal. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, the service was prompt, and the repair was completed with care and attention to detail. I appreciate a company that shows up on time, explains the work clearly, and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend Today’s Plumbing Service & Repairs to anyone needing plumbing service or repairs."

"The plumber was on time for this job and explained what needed to be done. He gave me several options about dealing with the leaky valve because he was able to tighten it so it wouldn't leak; however it was old and would likely need to be replaced sooner rather than later. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. I have also used these plumbers for a new water heater, replacing a toilet, and twice for repairs of leaking situations."

"I called a few plumbing companies on Angie's List for a rough estimate of the repair cost. A few gave quotes for replacing both the flush valve and the flapper fill valve. A few said they did not do quotes over the phone. Which I understood. After talking to a few of the plumbing companies, I chose Dave Kerr, owner of Twin City Pipeworks. Dave came out and replaced the flush valve gasket. He said the flapper fill valve was still good unless I wanted it replaced he could do that. I stayed with the flapper valve I had. Dave also checked my other toilet and my water meter. Everything was good there. Twin City Pipeworks also offered a $25 coupon for Angie's List members that I used. I was very happy with Dave's service, the cost, his promptness, honesty and cleanliness. I highly recommend Twin City Pipeworks and Dave Kerr, the owner!"

"Harrison replaced 2 water heaters for us, and 1 toilet. Both jobs were done professionally and the price was as quoted, very fair compared to many more expensive options. He had time open on his schedule to come next-day. He's now my go-to guy and I'd highly recommend him!"
