"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! The entire staff was attentive to our needs and the projects were well done and completed on time. A big shout out to Darren, Kathy, Cory and Johnny and other staff members who assisted in completing our projects for their expertise and attention to detail. He’s very responsive, upfront, and easy to communicate with, something that can be hard to find with larger companies. A few issues came up during the project and Jay was always willing to work through them without hesitation. I appreciated that he was honest about what needed to be done and flexible with a smaller scope that other contractors didn’t want to take time with. Overall, a positive experience working with a small, local business. I would hire him again for similar projects."

"Sky was awesome! He answered my email within 10 minutes. Provided quote over text, offered great quote. Scheduled work the next day. Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! He saw that I had not caulked the floor area and offered to do it. No extra charge. Sky says he does all kinds of repairs! I told him I need to make a list and get a quote.
