"The work was done on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Some equipment was left to dry out the area prior to sealing the floor. On Thursday, November 19th, 2020, someone came out to finish the job. However, some equipment was left behind and I called to have someone come and pick it up. No one came out and I had the equipment in my dining room area for Thanksgiving. To date, Wednesday, December 9th, still no one has picked up the equipment. Could you please send someone out to pick it up? I would like it removed before Christmas. Other than that, a good job was done."

"I don't usually write reviews but this one for Certified Mold Inspection and Remediation Services, Inc. is well deserved. The owner, Tom Schultz, was prompt at returning my call and scheduling a home visit within 2 days (at a very busy & extra wet season) to assess my mold issues. Tom was both very knowledgeable and personable. He allayed my fears and also shared written mold information from the CDC. Aside from the visible mold, he identified the exact area of my basement ceiling that was also at risk for mold due to moisture (using a moisture meter) and took the extra time to identify the potential source. Above all, Tom was honest and didn't come in to just take my money. Rather he explained that the amount of mold removal required was within a DIY homeowner's or handyman's scope of work. He also quoted a competitive price for professional remediation, if so desired. While I plan to go the handyman route at this time, I would not hesitate to call Tom again if more extensive mold developed. Extra kudos and thanks to Tom for braving the frustrating construction detours that plague almost all sides of my neighborhood!"

She takes time to give you as much detail as you want about air and site testing. And she is not a mold cleaning company, so she isn't going to sell you any other services...no conflict of interest. As for price...it costs money to do the testing and have it professionally analyzed by a laboratory. But when you need to KNOW if you have a problem, she's automatic."
