"Not long after we moved to Menomonee Falls and purchased our home, we had WASCO replace all twelve of our windows. Compared to our prior home these windows were a huge improvement! The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "My husband and I purchased a house recently and a few of our current windows had dry rot and our sliding door was in horrible shape. The day we closed on our house we had Mad City come out for a quote to replace 2 windows and our sliding door. The sales guy even check another window that needed a repair and seen it to had dry rot. We talked and were able to come to an agreement on price and installation date. They had the windows in the time frame quoted. "We replaced all the windows in our home (22 total), including 2 basement casements and 2 garage). We also replaced our entry door. The salesman was great but a little too "hard sell." He was determined to leave with a signed contract. It is good that his visit was the last of 4 that I had arranged, so I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."

"It worked out just fine. 

I would give him an A, he did just fine. The price was fine. The qualify was very good. He repaired something that was just absolutely falling apart, and it is nice and sturdy now. I think we had some back and forth trying to get our stuff lined up. It wasn't bad. It wasn't like I was terrible frustrated. He would call me I would call him, it would take a couple days. Nothing horrid. He was there right when he was suppose to be. I would use him again if I had something like that that I needed to be done. I did ask him about some major work like remodeling but I don't think I would use him like that. 

He pays attention to detail, and does a throughout nice job. Everything was cleaned up he did a nice job with that."
