"I chose Empire to complete a roofing and siding project for my home after 2 other estimates from companies. The salesperson (Erik) was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained everything they had to offer. They definitely promote the higher end product line, but were willing to do whatever I was comfortable with. I did choose the CraneBoard siding and Owens Corning Duration shingles and was given a fair price for better product compared to the other estimates I had. Color and style were next, and the options on that were amazing also. Once everything was finalized, I assumed I would need to wait until Spring to get everything started. I was told they would be able to start as soon as the materials came in, and they didn't stop working just because it was winter. It was a big job, and they sent a sizable work crew to make sure everything was done in a timely fashion. The installers did a good job, kept my yard clean, and even came in two weekends in a row because the weather was nice. The only mishap was a broken storm window during the roof tear off. They took it out and had it fixed, then broke it putting it back in. It came out again, was repaired and reinstalled. Also, throughout the entire process the communication was excellent. Melissa and Erik were always available to answer questions or provide updates, even later in the evening or the weekend. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process, and am already looking to use Empire again on other projects."

"Jarrett was wonderful to work with. He kept to his word and on what he was going to do and kept to the price. He gave us ideas and design suggestions on the decks (2) decks. The contractor we had hired when starting the project left with no warning in the middle if it and Jarrett graciously fixed the other contractors poor workmanship to bring it to code and basically had to rebuild decks from the beginning. He did a large basement remodel for my son which turned out beautiful. My son was trying to get some furniture in thru the basement window which had to be removed and replaced. We couldnâ  t get the window out. It was a weekend and he cam eout ion his time right away. We called him for advice initially but he just came out. We have projects we definitely will. be using him for. He also painted some dormers on our very tall house and did an excellent job. Our local painter with 5 stars refused to do it-so wonâ  t ever call that guy again. You will not be disappointed hiring him."
