I am a competent, kind gentleman with a full set of tools. I have fully remodeled 4 homes. I can install LVP, most appliances, paint, put furniture together, mow lawns, install switches, ceiling fans, put together and secure outdoor play sets, install doors, install cabinet handles and drawer slides. Really most things on the honeydew list.

"You won't be disappointed hiring Rob, he is honest, punctual, professional, and totally knowledgeable! I was panicked having to find a repairman for my oven and freezer so I took a chance on Rob's and requested a quote at around 10pm online thinking he may get back to me in the morning.....he called me that night at about 1010pm! I used the "PLUS" part of his service and made an odd request of him. Being a broke grandma on fixed income I asked him if he would just diagnose the problems and I would order parts and make the repair myself. He agreed and I only had to pay a service call of $99 (for 1/2 hr), I ordered a part for $17 for the stove and unfortunately he had to pronounce the freezer dead unless I wanted to pay around $800 to fix it. Rob was very helpful to make sure I knew exactly what part to order and find the least expensive. "I called Mr. Dunn because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Mr. Dunn called when he was on his way to verify I was at home and still needed his services. Once he got here, he was able to diagnosis the problem almost immediately. The drain used for defrosting was stopped up. He quoted what it would cost to fix the problem and once I agreed he began the repair.  He took it apart and unclogged it, put it back together and it is now working just fine. I was very impressed with the straight forward way Mr. Dunn conducts business, no trying to fluff prices or feed you a line. I will definitely be using Mr. Dunn again in the future for any appliance repairs I need. He also does Handyman Services which I will not hesitate to use.
