"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"Started off fine. They were punctual and polite, gave us a great deal. Very shortly after the job started they started missing days of work, left the house in a virtually unlivable state. And even destroyed a structurally sound portion of the home and left it for months before finally coming to do the addition over 7 months after the hire date. Just today, 11/1 I was told they would be arriving to finish the project and they once again did not arrive on site to complete it for some reason, and I have since asked them to not return. Our house has no siding, and the paper they put up is now starting to peel off and likely wont last the winter."
