"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

"Excellent work!  Jim and his staff arranged for a convenient time.  Alex and Eric arrived promptly and went to work.  Initially they surveyed all the carpet in the house, including heavily traveled areas.  We had vacuumed the carpet before they came, but they used a more powerful vacuum prior to starting their cleaning process.  We removed smaller pieces of furniture.  They moved the larger furniture and placed it on foam blocks to prevent it from getting damp.  They carefully cleaned the carpets.  They did a great job.  Following the cleaning process, they used industrial fans to help accelerate the drying.  They were friendly and courteous, and everything was professionally done.   Highly recommend! <br />"

"Better than I imagined. I liked that it is a family business. Sam is a hard worker and was very thorough with each area he cleaned. They were both friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable with their presence in my home. The were very conscientious of little details like cords coming out of the walls and giving me shoe covers to use while the carpets were still damp.
