"It went very well. I had spoken to several contractors, including one that chose to bash other contractors. Acosta was always very professional and the price was equivalent or better than the others. The sales rep let me change my mind a few times and patiently worked with me. I also found out that they have a contractual relationship with Costco. So as a Costco member, I got good discounts and the assurance that they stood behind the work of Acosta. The day of the install they had 2 crews present. There was an initial mix up about equipment, but they were prepared to give me an even better deal if they could not sort out the problem. Turned out to be a non-issue after all. It was a long hot day (August), but they got the work done in the one day. Finally, they handled my Duke and Piedmont rebates directly and set up my inspection with a set day and small time window. I couldn't be happier."

"I was contacted almost immediately after placing a request for service. The technician (Britt) came out to give me an estimate to service my HVAC. The price he quoted was more than fair. We made an appointment and he came with his trainee assistant to complete the work. It turned out that there was a fair amount of additional cleaning and maintenance to be done on the interior unit than we'd originally counted on. He did not want to charge me any more for the extra services. Britt truly went above and beyond my expectations. He and Don were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I learned a lot about the system I wasn't aware of so I will be better able to maintain it in future. I also plan to have them come back for regular service. Highly recommended.
